Omni 403b Plan Information: What is Omni 403b Group?
The Omni 403b Group coordinates all of the 403b plans for Lincoln. When a member wants to add a 403b or change the amount deducted, the member must go through the Omni website to complete the changes or additions. Once Omni verifies the submission, the payroll clerk of the Lincoln School Department is contacted the change to the 403b plan is verified and authorized to add or make modifications to payroll deduction.
How do I Complete the Omni Form on Line?
1. Go to https://www.omni403b.com/default.aspx
2. On page, in middle-right, click participants.

3. Scroll down to the bottom right of the page. Under Employer Plan Info., identify the employer state (Rhode Island). Under employee name, type in Lincoln Public Schools. Click "Show Details"
4. To the right under FORMS, click on Salary Reduction Agreement-Online.
5. Complete the below form. Don't have to have exact date of hire. To complete part 3: Contribution Information, you must have an account number from your 403b provider. For example, if I wanted to set up a "new" 403 b account. If I wanted to use Vanguard, I would call to set up an account with Vanguard and insert the new account number in Part 3. You want to do reoccurring for each pay period. Put amount per pay period. Stay away from percentages. If you would like a list of all Lincoln 403b providers, click 403b providers.
